Good effort. Managed it in 40 minutes going to a FC Halifax Town game this year; the fact that Leigh is nearer to Halifax is cancelled out by the fact that the M62 is far more accessible from Widnes.
In short, Vikingmon is scared of another defeat and as such is grasping any excuse possible to avoid going (further proof being that even our club coaches, never mind cars, aren't leaving Leigh until 5:45pm when we play at Wakefield on Friday, and that's at least another 20 miles further away than 'Fax!)
