I am not one for booing, because that does not help the situation in anyway, however I do believe fans who have travelled all the way down there, thinking a defeat was more than likely. Most people spending £20ish to get there in the first place, plus the £20 it cost adults to get into that elegant place of a ground, and then we watch our beloved team perform like that. A man who came onto the pitch, did very little indeed except start a stupid fight which wasn't needed should not be stood on the pitch joking aroung having a laugh with his wife(which i'm sure our fans wouldn't have minded in normal circumstances)
I'm thinking that you are getting a little emotionally involved here...
Regardless of the performance I think a player is entitled to wave to family and I think you are taking it a bit far. I understand your frustration and savvy players would have the good grace to applaud travelling fans but if they don't, I wouldn't lose sleep over it.

there was 5 or 6 fans who started to give the players stick calling the team w**kers, there is just no need for the fans doing that fair enough we got beat did anyone actually think we would go there and win after the way we have been playin. i totally agree with what jewit did, the fans should give it to the players if they dont want it back.

Get real. I couldnt care less whether the players clap or not. I have seen Lee Jewitt a few times around the club and he appears approachable and respectful. If he wants to wave or blow kisses at family members then fine.
I would question whether Jewitt has the ability to perform at super league level BUT not his attitude.

Agree, Lee is always approachable.
This is getting out of hand. Take a leaf out of Leons families book, life goes on & they are big enough to say so
No one was more annoyed at us getting beat in the manner we did, but they have a life outside rugby because we choose to follow the Reds wherever, & pay our money, we do not own the players.
I cant see the player blew a kiss in disrespect i would have thought it was like most people said throwing it to a family member so i think you getting to carried away hand have miss interpratied the situation compleatly

Well said Shirl, bit of a pointless topic this TBH. Im not bothered one bit if Lee or any other player wants to wave at a member of there family.
Would this thread have started if we had put in a decent display for 80 minutes and taken something from the game. I think not.
