Is that via freeview or sky? It might be confusing via freeview because they only have 2 interactive (red button) slots whilst Sky & Cable will have many.

The SLS will loop quite often on sky or cable (in fact it is doing now) but on freeview it all depends on how many other sports they are having to juggle between the two slots. Plus the same two slots on freeview have to be used for non sport red button options as well. So the SLS will do well to get a look in on freeview 301 & 302.

On the red button via Sky now the sport options are

1. Australian Grand Prix Highlights
2. Live Figure Skating
3. West Indies v England Audio Commentary
4. Australian Grand Prix Full Replay
5. Super League Show.

I looked last night for it on the red button...ice skating was on.

Given up on guessing when it will be on tv.

For those of us who do not live in Yorkshire or Lancashire it is not as easy as you think.

I recorded it on SKY plus using the yorkshire BBC 1 option. I watched the first couple of minutes to confirm it was right then taped the rest.

When i went to view it it would not let me as i had already viewed it. I think this is beacuse you cannot re -view things taped from the regional channels.

i did manage to get it off BBC 2 last night but the way the bbeb mess around with it is annoying. the fact that it is 30 minutes to show 3 games plus all the chat makes it very like the highlights on SkY news.

the coverage is pointless i would rather give it to ITV to show on the regional channels if they could agree to do something more regular and a bit substantial. even if it was on a monday night with details of the disciplinary etc wiith a preview of the following weeks games.

I checked this had recorded by watching the start I then started it from the beginning later on so you can re-view things

because i had to tape it as regional variation rather than it being my own BBC 1 area it would not let me view it.

Why not try to tape BBC1 look North for tyne tees today and watch the first two minutes then record it and see if it lets you watch it later.

Anyway it is all history now. taped it on BBC 2 and thought it was pretty rubbish.

I also recorded it from regional(BBC North) (channel 976)

Sorry but that is complete rubbish. There is no such thing as a regional variation as far as Sky+ is concerned, they are just channels the same as any other. If you are having problems then it is a technical fault with your box and nothing to do with restrictions.

In fact I still have a copy of The Super League Show from 2006 and a Look North from 2007 on my Sky+, both recorded in London from BBC East Yorks, which both still work.
