They've had city centre shops before that were failures.
I fail to see the logic behind another one in the present climate, unless they're on a rent free period, or heavily discounted rent.

With the big 'R' doing the rounds, I'm sure they will have picked up a very cheap rental.
Do Leeds United still have a shop in centre? I know that one near the old C+A shut down. If they don't, what about a joint shop for both? I could see that generating more by maximising the dual supporters.

Every cloud though.....
..... 'r lass dragged me round Meadow-Hell yesterday aft (anymore time spent there she'll be on their voters roll), and it was do-able. By that I mean I had my pick of car park spaces, table at a 'restaurant', just quiet in general. I could walk round without having to side-step my way through hundreds of mad bitches. Every cloud.....

St Johns Centre & the Rhinos have had a partnership for a while with promotions etc in the main mall. This will have benefited their Lease and rent will be somewhat cheaper as the unit has been empty for a while now.

Oh I know what you mean.
Never been busier at work, mortgage down, petrol down and bargains to be had at failing retailers.
One mans' poison and all that.
