Ok I’ll finally admit it. I am a closet St Helens fan. Always have been and always will be. But because I live in Leeds and with all of my family supporting Leeds I keep this in the closet. But starting from next year I’ll be wearing St Helens t shirts and buying St Helens stuff.
Any fellow saints fans this week at Headingley going to help me burn all my hated Leeds Rhinos stuff I’ve had to put up with all my life?
Current thoughts - Mago out or get running up them plantations, get fit or get rid. Maybe a back up halfback, someone with a bit of experience on a short term deal. Big tall strong running second rower, like a McMeekin or Sironen type back rower.

the roberts try was definately no try because his feet where behind the line when he touched down, for the first time ever the in goal judge actually did something and he was right, the ref was dire but he still gave most things to wigan, how many penalties did the giants get in the second half one to my knowledge.
The ref didn't drop the ball and constantly waste field position and neither did Nobby. The lack of ideas from the players lost us thaty game.
What the ref did do though was give some exceptionally baffling calls. At Leeds he disallowed a Gaz Hock try as the VR for obstruction and yet missed a good 5 or 6 from Hudds including twice running into their own man (offside last time I looked but I will wait to be corrected) Is this because he can't ref a game without different angles and slow motion replays?
How did Robinson stay on for the first professional foul? Why when he was sent to the bin was no penalty given? Surely a penalty on the 20 and not a tap?
Personally I didn't think Roberts had scored but i'll wait to see it again.
the penalty count was about 15-5 or something daft, and we have wigan fans moaning that they didnt get decisions etc?
end of the day im not saying they werent penalties, everything we are getting penalised for is right, but my problem is the refs dont seem to be penalising the other teams for the same infringments.
huddersfield have come out on top of the penalty count once this season vs quins at home, and i believe thats only because we had all the ball and played all the rugby.
referees need to be more consistant because they are ruining our great sport at the moment
Watching them makes you feel bad. Its beyond mocking the afflicted
It is, I really felt weird after watching it, I had to wash my hands and eyes.
The one where him and his mate dancing is really strange but then again it keeps them off the streets.
