How the hell can this man take any positives from the season so far never mind fridays debacle.
When he says we will be allright at the business end of the season I and thousands of other supporters are paying to watch the team every week not just to watch one or two games at the end of the season that he thinks will make up for another season of second rate rugby when will he get it into his head that this is Wigan RLFC we should be playing the sort of rugby that makes other teams dreading playing us not looking on us as an easy two points.

You lot need to wake up and realise that Noble is not going to come out and say we are doomed, finished, crap whatever you want to hear. Inside he wont be happy but the minute a coach starts to speak negative in public it shows only one thing-hes lost the plot.
Well that at least explains why Andy Coely and Stuart Fielden spend more time running sideways than making the hard yards . If Brian Noble thinks we are going in the right direction.

No hes doing what any good coach does when things are not going right, trying to put a positive spin on things. Theres no way he will come out and be negative in public. He may say hes not happy with certain things but hes always going to try and remain positive. He obviously has faith that whatever he is doing will eventually come good. Personally i dont think he has the players to finish the omelette he is cooking lol.

There comes a time when putting a positive spin on things just becomes patronising. We are at that point IMO.
If he wants to be diplomatic what he needs to do is call a spade a spade and then say how he is going to fix it. That is identify the problem but the positive note of what he should be saying is how he will sort it out.

So when can we expect Gordon Ramsey to come and sort out Noble's Kitchen Nightmare then?

The man is the king of spin. Regards not criticising players or slating/being negative then what else can he do? Continue claiming we are moving in the right direction despite the evidence even Stevie Wonder can see is not the case.
I actually admire his ability to survive, but worry at those employing him buying it and standing for the lack of improvement.
RESPECTED coaches tell it like it is, not just behind closed doors when the time is right.
I am personally sick of seeing his smug face grinning away the day after another poor loss, trying to con people into thinking we are improving when clearly we are not and are infact moving backwards under his stewardship.
Unofficially the most boring poster on Cherry and White.
I think Noble is in the wrong job, he should be an omlette maker/stable boy/baby washer. Hes always referring to the players as horses
Lets get back on the horse.
Got to keep the horses healthy.
Lets get on the training paddock.
We have to break a few eggs to make an omlette.
We have to put humpty dumpty back together.
Lets not throw the baby out with the bath water.
Current thoughts - Mago out or get running up them plantations, get fit or get rid. Maybe a back up halfback, someone with a bit of experience on a short term deal. Big tall strong running second rower, like a McMeekin or Sironen type back rower.
