Odd that he wasn't playing or even at the ground.

Glad he wasnt playing today.....being dropped from the reserves is the correct option with him IMO....vievers is a far better player and frankly mathers is not even good enough for reserve rugby!!!

  Pray he goes to warrington....he'll fit right in  ....surprised at Tony Smith showing interest though. First the world cup debarcle, then the barrett statements  , now showing interest in mathers....perhaps he is not as shrewd as we all thought!! One thing is for sure...signing mathers will not help turn anything around at warrington!!!

It was one of the most depressing moments of the game imo and sums up our season to-date. There’s no fight in the team we are desperate for someone like Peacock who would have drove that ball straight back up with heart and determination. He would have also handed some bollockings out and got the ref on our side 2.

I really don't mind if we lose but it's the lack of effort that really gets to me!

Prescott put players like Coley and Fielden to shame last night and the guys still young and just come back from an injury!

Why can’t they just run hard and straight like Prescott, Feka and Hock do as we may start getting somewhere then!

coley's out of contract at end of season. fielden 2010 (i think). id be letting clubs no that i was open to offers for stuart if i were lenaghan.
he's on a massive wage and that money could be spent much, much better.

Mossop seems to have been playing really well the last few weeks

Is he the next guy to break through?

I can see him pushing Hansen out in a season or 2

Just a point,

Apart from Hock there is no-one who will make a break in our backrow (unless they are put threw a gap) Joel can close to the line and sometimes if he just has the one man to beat but other than that no-one else does. Can Mossop be a line breaking 2nd rower? I am not talking about straight away, in a few years when he establishes himself.

I think we have a really good back row but it is a negative aspect

Definitely agree about Lockers at 2nd row and then put Joel at loose

Is Mossop big enough to be a super league prop though?
