Fair play to the lad, hes come and done a great job but I have a feeling Sean Long will absolutely pepper him when they come here. And with the massive leap of 6 foot 2 Ade Gardner, I think he may score a pot full.
On the hand, we'd desparatley miss his attacking presence. The height thing is certainly a worry for me
opinions...?
ANCIENT & LOYAL UPON MY CHEST
Ancient and loyal, upon my chest they are men of wigans best a team that plaaayed, the wigan way and won the championship in may
jim sullivan, he was the king brian mctigue and johnny ring a team that plaaayed the wigan way and won the championship in may
when eric ashton was alive and billy boston by his side with dave bolton and billy blan oh what a time to be a fan
in 85, at wem-ber-ly john ferguson and brett kenny a team that plaaayed the wigan way and won the challenge cup in may
in 95 we won them all tuigamala, faz and paul a team that played the wigan way and won the championship in may
If it wasn't Saints I would probably drop him and practice his dealings with kicks but as is it Saints he will give it that extra as will S.Tomkins so no, I would play him, just needs a bit of practice dealing with kicks.
Current thoughts - Mago out or get running up them plantations, get fit or get rid. Maybe a back up halfback, someone with a bit of experience on a short term deal. Big tall strong running second rower, like a McMeekin or Sironen type back rower.
BBC wrote:St Helens, due to move out of their 120-year-old ground at the end of the season, desperately wanted to mark the occasion with a victory in front of a full house.... And Wigan were left celebrating inside the enemy camp for the first time since September 2003.
Well lets face it, our other options are Pryce, Goulding and Mathers.
Ainscough every time.
He is one of the few players who actually give a fook about playing for the club and as we know from past experiences that counts for alot when playing Saints. He will throw his all into the saints match and TBH bar Hock he is the last person i would drop!
