i was thinking about this last night.
we are now unbeaten away from home in 8 games is it? since leeds last july we have won every away game, including wins at odsal for the first time in 40 years, a first ever win at the KC plus resounding victories over warrington, wigan and catalans, and 2 wins over cas, one a 40-14 stuffing the other a closely fought game against a team very much in form.
had this been saints or leeds or wigan, warrington, in fact probably any other team im sure people would make a fuss out of it? maybe its because people are still loathe to give huddersfield credit for anything, but it feels like we are in the shadows all the time, which to me suits me just fine
i think we are just going about our business quietly and efficiently and maybe a lot of folk still think" its only huddersfield"
im impressed with NB so far, he hasnt let emotions get the better of him like some other coaches have and he hasnt lavished too much praise on the players, but if we keep this runof away form up then surely the media and other fans might just start noticing a big claret and gold juggernaut rolling towards old trafford
the Claret And Gold Machine is ready to roll

Maybe it because didnt win at home in the same time?
But I suspect you are right, slowly people are paying attention to us (see McLennans match previews on the VT) and if Nathan Brown can keep up the good work away and get us winning at home the simple fact is our league position will do all the talking for us.
Its early days yet, but we are 3rd in the league, worst we can be is 4th at the end of this weekend, as Danril (I think) said elsewhere, after a long time of building on solid foundations we are on the cusp of a golden age again, its not a given and it might not happen this season, but its within sight now.

How's that humble pie tasting? Them grapes go quite well with it from what I gather. Matterson and Noble told me so.
Yes all the opposition coaches that are complaing about your poor discipline and all those penalties you keep conceding have nothing to do with huddersfields discipline do they?
I do love how you huddersfield fans try to start an argument with everyone, just because no one actually gives a damn about hudds. Still if it makes you happy.
We will just have to see what the league table reads like at the end of the season wont we?
