on another point though that T R I N I T Y brought up , if i had been round with the chavs singing about a saints then i think i would want to leave out off shear disgust. some may think its funny but like i said earlier different people and cloth
What chants are you talking about?
Not fussed about any other game just tonight would have liked everyone to stay behind to clap the lads off.
we left early, kids were wearing their chiefs shirts instead of the normal wildcat shirts. bit numbing really, game didn't seem important.. we have lost a good lad and then a complete to55er like pryce scores 3 tries! hope the b4stard gets a long sentence, big BRAVE man !

maybe im an old fart but i don't find it funny especially on a day where our club mattered more than anything
I admit I was stood there as that is our usual spot. It was about the showers and about going down. Made me laugh a little bit but like I have said, I much prefer Wakey songs which we did sing most of the night.

Quote:Shame the chants about directed at a certain player...I guess some will never go for thie 'respect' thing, no-one on here though I am sure!
Sorry but I've always said respect has to be earned - and being done for assault, not once but twice is not anything that gains my respect.
I deal with the victims of such incidents on a regular basis and pick up the pieces. I respect those who do that, the ones that stand up to bullies, stand in court and give evidence in difficult circumstances - not those that throw their weight around!

you make a good point there and i despise the kind of things that have been alleged but im sure that when you pick up the pieces this does never include singing songs about him getting his comeuppance in a shower block . i would rather people show genuine disgust and displeasure by writing to saints or the rfl .

if it was the NRL then he woulkd of been sacked
You're right I don't sing songs and didn't tonight but respecting THAT particular player was nowhere on my agenda tonight!
Leons Parents & Family - RESPECT
The Supporters tonight (All of them)- RESPECT
The Club - RESPECT
Sky's Contribution - RESPECT
All those posting messages of support on here - RESPECT
Got to agree if it'd have been the NRL it'd be bye bye!!

i was a little annoyed at the guy who interviews the man of the match at the end of the game(his names deserted me) when talkin to leon pryce at the end of the game said a troubled week for you leon or something along those lines.bugged me a little.maybe has been a troubled week for leon but putting into perspective compared to how the weeks gone for all involved with wakefield, dont come close.
