I'm not really sure how 'closing down the forum' or refraining from posting on RLFANS shows respect during during his funeral, but if others agree to it then by all means, I have no problems doing it.

To be honest, the best way to go about things is to continue to watch, play and talk about Rugby League at every opportunity we get as this seemed to be Leon's attitude to the sport. His parents requested for games to go ahead this weekend as that's what they thought Leon would want.

I think the best way to show respect is at the stadiums where we're a collective of RL fans standing side by side.

I see what you are trying to say BUT...i get the impression that the last thing he would wish for is for people to stop anything related to RL.

This weekends respect around the whole of RL in the UK is a great way to show respect, i believe this includes ARL games this weekend.

I agree with everything that's been said above. What better way to show our respect than standing silently for a minute and then cheering on what will hopefully be great games of RL this weekend.
