IMO you won't see Eastwood in a Leeds shirt full stop. Unless something happens to his motoring convictions which denied him a visa in the first instance (e.g. they become spent), or the UK Borders Agency changes its decision making criteria he's not going to get a visa meaning he won't be able to take up his 2010 option to leave in his Bulldogs contract.

If you look at the wording of the law he is refused on the basis that it is "is conducive to the public good" that is down to interpretation so is definately appealable
the appeal is heard by an independent judge here in the UK, even if the circumstances dont change he still has a chance of coming to the UK, the UK border agency is not making the decision

Apart from letting in a try under the sticks with an half arsed attempt on Waterhouse, it now transpires that Eastwood failed to get his carcass off the field resulting in the Bulldogs having 14 players out there when they scored their match winning try. The Bulldogs have since been stripped of the two competition points.

So overall a fairly catastrophic debut.
