Dave Woods is a fine commentator. Jon Champion is brilliant, but the BBC realised he portayed RL in a non-Northern stereotype so loved him off.
Didn't William Webb Ellis pick up the ball and run, someone should really tell Rugby Union.

Then called him Cudjoe in the second half.

Barrie McDermmot isn't that bad, neither is Terry O'Connor.

While Paul Cullen mentioned Gareth Haggerty in Hudds v Quins on Boots n All and he wasn't even playing - and he had 3 days to make his notes
Didn't gat an answer when I asked Radford how much he paid Stokes to save his job.

Does anyone else get sick of all the moaning on here about commentators? I get the feeling that whoever does the commentating would get stick on here. Personally I didn't mind the commentary last night, I even thought Terry O'conner came across as knowledgeable and Barrie Mcdermott was entertaining.
Commentators (even the so called best in the business) sometimes make mistakes, get over it.

Must we have the referee constantly mic'd up for the whole game? Why not just when a player is getting a warning or when he is explaining a decision. The constant shout of'moooooooooove' is iritating and sounds like some retard doing farmyard impressions.
