A good idea by the RFL imo.

The best thing the RFL has announced in a long while IMO. Walking out side by side, every single team symbolizes how everyone in RL, whether that be supporter, players, coaches, backroom staff etc etc can and will stand shoulder to shoulder in times of difficulty.

I know we all slate RU sometimes, but from what I've been hearing, the support RU has been offering has also been impeccable.

Yeah Kear mentioned that Union have been offering a lot of support. Good on them

And a great idea for the teams to walk out side by side

Batley and Gateshead first to walk out together. Very respectful minutes silence at Mount Pleasant.

I like it when both teams walk out together side by side anyway - I am not a fan of those who run round the side of the cheerleaders who are 'guiding' them out. Especially at cup finals, internationals, etc...

The RFL seem to have dealt with this whole situation extremely well. Credit where credit's due.
