They are causing problems within the league structure though in that they are drawing in youngsters from other clubs because of their facilities, its not a crisis yet but most Leeds clubs are noting it, on the other hand a bit of competition never did any harm and too many kids in some year groups mean less game time for many.

Speaking of crisis, Otley are in a mess - punched above their weight for years, screwed over by the RFU moving the goal posts mid season and generally suffering from the credit crunch.
