It will be a very tough game, huddersfield have been playing very well of late however I feel with it being at home and considering what they have done to us in recent years we will be very focussed and should hopefully come out on top.

About 22-12 with attendance of 14,500 if we lucky and they bring more than a taxis worth.
I dont see us beating them as i honestley think the team see them as a threat. Arrogant as that sounds, it is correct about us for some reason.
They will come play hard and basic, and our pack will look beaten again after 15mins.
In the spell where feka comes on (unless he starts) a few barnstorming runs will be cheared with much approval, but nothing much will come off the back of them. Fielden and Coley will again be beaten back in the collision, with Hock loosing his temper with someone, probably mason.
Lockers will try hard and do everything right, but due to his lack of churchillian speaches under the sticks, will be blamed for everything from hock throwing the ball on the floor to global warming.
I know it makes depressing reading, but i still think thats how it goes. Oh plus im going this week and we i not seen them win this season, so i may be cursed! Is that lockers fault too i wonder?
However i hope im wrong, we come out with the eye of the tiger, brast their pack and show that we can play hard and fast against every team.
arnt you a miserable bugger!!! glad i dont sit near you. why do you bother watching???

I think we could have a good attendance. I usually miss this game as have had nightmares on the motorway before. Even i am trying to get there but travelling from Durham on a Friday night after work is not easy.
as for the game the eejit who said none of our players would get in your team is deluded.
In Hodgson we have the second best full back in the Sl who really is a class player. Griffin and Crabtree are playing really well and Mason is like a man posessed. Wild is averaging 45 tackles a game and people like Finnigan, Kirmond and Lolesi give us a real punch in the second row. Moore is also relishing the role of getting our forwards around the park.
The key for me however is the referee. I am at a complete loss this season as to what the rules are. it appears the only thing they are bothered about is foul play and keeping the game moving.
2 weeks ago we were penalised to death at Cas ( but still won) last week thaler did not blow for anything. Bentham has never been my favourite ref and i have no idea how he is interpreting the rules / rfl guidelines this year.
If our pack get on top of yours then Tomkins will be doing a lot of defensive work which will blunt his attacking potential ( great prospect though. is there no butchers in Wigan who could slip him a few steaks though/). the other thing for me is hock which one will turn up the nutter who gives penalties and the ball away or the second row who punches holes in the defence.
I think it will be close but could go either way.
We are unbeaten in 7 away going back to last season and i do not feel that we have even hit our straps yet. When we do someone is going to cop it. Even against quins we so killed them in the forwards our backs hardly got anything to do offensively.
Still i am looking forward to a good game. It still might be on SKY yet which would knock our support down though.
Thats if we stick the same team out without Smith.
Current thoughts - Mago out or get running up them plantations, get fit or get rid. Maybe a back up halfback, someone with a bit of experience on a short term deal. Big tall strong running second rower, like a McMeekin or Sironen type back rower.

28-14 to the Giants - and be prepared to see the biggest Giants following for years at Wigan ( and i dont mean 150)
