History yes. Atmosphere no. Have always found it rather quiet (apart from us desperate Wire fans of course). I never got quite so muddy or stuck behind a post with a poor view at Wilderspool. Equally I never saw a young lad trip on the uneven concrete and head butt the wall either (fan in question ended up with a face full of blood.)

The unpainted blockwork to the North & East Stands would be an obvious place.

Plenty of miserable looking grey walls all around the ground.

I'd like it if the south stand floor was painted primrose and blue stripes but that would confuse the already yellow line standing atendees.

Would be nice if it was personalised more from a wires point of view abit more colour n that like WILDerspool, i suppose we have those graffiti things on the hanging walls when you walk through the south stand turnstiles.
