the tackle was still active, the referee hadnt called held so any Saints player had every right to get stuck in to complete it.

I know he was penalised for it. But i was asking if it was a grapple tackle? And if it was, why is he not facing any further punishment?

it probably was, but has anyone faced further punishment for a grapple tackle this year?

Not that I know of it seems like the Chicken Wing tackle is the ‘in’ tackle that the RFL are punishing

i fully agree mate....i was just making a comparison.

both tackles 3rd man in, both tackles hard, but both tackles fair and legal.

True - and it can backfire badly. Ask Adrian Morley.
