This is why i am glad Rugby League is 'my team'. If it happened in other sports you wouldn't get half as much sympathy and genuine compassion for other teams players/supporters etc for what is such a terrible blow to the family and others who knew him. Also what terrible day for it to happen.
you do not expect to go to a rugby match and see someone die on the pitch and especially at his age as he is the same age as me. It is not the best way to die but at least he was enjoying himself before he was suddenly taken from the rugby world.

It's still quite raw tbh, another RL brother leaving before the party is over.
The fact that he turned 20 a few months ago and I turn 20 in a few months is quite frightening and I don't mind admitting I shed a little tear on Sunday as the story filtered through.
