Specially like this bit about Smith getting them to play for each other, something that has been lacking of late and I thought the team spirit was there for all to see on Sunday.

Tony Smith as worked very hard on getting the team to play for each other and to get the attitude that 'We will work extra hard for the man next to me'. If all 17 players that take to the field have the same attitude then I think we'll be very hard to beat

Really pleased that Smith has identified/rectified quickly one of the root causes of our problems. Team-work and team unity!

also noticed on sunday they waited for every player before going in the tunnel at start of game and half time. also congratulated each other after every try even not those involved

All came out together for warm up for the first time in ages which I have bantered on about for the last 3 years.
