Yeah. Large emphasis on hard work and team. I liked his line about having pride in defending the line effectively making theoppositon earn the right to cross it.

I particularly liked, "There was a lot of courage in MY TEAM today".
I started off quite liking Jimmy Lowes, and then each and every week, even when we were winning, I felt more and more uncomfortable.
Despite his exceptional record I wasn't 100% convinced when Tony Smiths appointment was announced, but I feel better about it each and every time I hear him speak.
