Yep he actually looked like a very good player when he moved from 6 to 7 - When Long was on the park he just got bypassed too much. I'd be tempted if Long and Eastmond arnt available epecially if Roby isnt fit either.
TBH, i'd be very tempted to rest quite a few players if i was Potter. After the Wakefield game, we have a massive week ahead with Leeds, Wigan and then Hull all in 8 days.

Seriously though, as we all know, how squad doesn't have great strength in depth so it is important that we have our best 17 fit and ready for the big games, and we have 3 in the space of 8 days. I think this is the ideal chance to rest a few players, and no disrespect to Wakefield, even with a few missing we are still capable of winning the game.

Roby needs at least a week off, wheeler, in my humble opinion, is big enough to be a 9 and is a standoff, so his passing cant be too bad, a possibility ? The week after is more important, if it wasnt for the weekends events, i would have rested alot of players, but now if they're not injured, play them.

I'd rather lose to Wakefield and beat Wigan.

To be fair though, if Long and Roby are missing we may not have the luxury.
And, while I was being a little mischievous in my previous post, I do feel that Wakey away tends to be one of the toughest fixtures in our season. At the end of the day its worth the same points as the Wigan and Hull games.
I hear what you're saying like, but I'd be inclined to wait for a home game before resting players.

Without a doubt it will be a tough game, it always is. I agree that if we have people out with injury then we won't have the luxury of resting players, however, when i said resting players i meant anyone with a slight knock should sit this one out. It is worth the same points, but i'd rather us get the 2 points against Wigan than Wakefield, them 2 points come with bragging rights also.
