Got to feel for the family and wakey as a club.
Maybe they as a club need to review their training methods to see if anything they could do to prevent such tragedies. They've certainly been unlucky this year.

That's quite a statement to make about changing training methods. Adam passed away training pre season & Leon passed away due to a tackle. I think the club does everything it can - but sadly these things do happen.

People making comments about "training methods" should desist immediately. They're ill informed and should await the verdict of the cause of death.
Appalling lack of respect really.
I don't usually post on these threads but as I now have my deepest sympathies to Leon's family, the Wakefield club and his team mates who must be very distraught.

Fully agree G1, poker certainly has some strange ideas.

Don't over read the statement boss. Player safety is paramount and i fully expect the club will be already reviewing things from technique, medical health, training intensity levels etc..
