wouldbe a good thing imo think of the crowa the revenue for the countys hosting the matche

The weather for one is a major negative for playing in April.

Can the ECB guarantee security in the UK?

SKY wont like it, and seeing as though SKY are the only serious broadcaster the ECB has on its books, they would be daft to risk that relationship at the moment.

The only positive is to get some leverage over the Indian Cricket board in the future.
