I don't think there are many fullbacks in the world that could have stopped a charging Azue from 5 yards out!..something of a mis-match

Incidentally Azue should have been tackled long before he even got to Riley.

My first two main criteria when looking at fullbacks is - they can take a high bomb under pressure and that they are a strong one on one tackler. If a player isn't strong in both those areas i'm not keen on them playing in that position.

I say again i don't know of ANY full-back in the world that could have stopped a charging Azue from 5 yards out!

Azue went in because there was 2 on 1 against Riley. He opted not to commit until late on as he was half watching for the pass to the supporting player. It was a try if he went to tackle him and a try if he didn't. nothing he could do really.

He nailed somebody one-on-one. Can't remember who though.

He did great to stop him one on one did everything right, he went low on Azue around the legs and was unlucky. A Solid performance from Riles, keep it up lid.

I thought the young lads were exceptional yesterday. Riley, Cooper and Harrison. I would have given Harrison MOM.
Riley did make a couple of errors at the end, but no more or less then any of the others on the pitch, but probably more noticable....
