Calderwood's having a very good season so far. Solid in defence and doing as well as can be expected in attack given the fact that he gets about two passes every three games.

i had a coversation with my former boss when annouced his signing he said he was poo and i pointed out his marker defence, cover defence, kick chase and scoring ability when used correctly. to this he replied 'he doesn't work hard enough, hes never interested' again i pointed out his workrate and said his always in field covering and that he takes his fair share of carries against the forwards, although its far from his strong points. to that i got 'well thats his problem, he should stay out on the wing'
i then resigned and moved to australia.

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

Its not that long ago there were a few on this board having a go at Colderwood for flicking back a high kick, yet when he does it and we subsequently score (our second try on Friday), no one seems to be overtly concerned.

Can't be bothered to go through all this thread but I'm guessing it's full of pretty much the same drivel as I heard in the south stand on Friday night. As with any winger, he will only thrive with service, and at the moment he's getting pretty much none. Colin Best is probably the last right winger most Hull fans tend to agree on, but is it pure coincidence that that was the last Hull team that had both a first class right centre and an attack with a quality halfback on both sides of the pitch?
He should never have been at dummy half in the late stages though.
