Whatever the causes of this particular tragic incident I think it serves as a reminder that we sometimes take for granted that the players put themselves on the line every time they take the field Condolences to his friends and family. RIP Leon.

A very sad day for RL and Wakefield. Deepest condolences to his family and friends.
Lie low the fields, of Central Park
Where once we watched the King Kenny Play
(and could he play)
We had Boston on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
Of the glory, round the Field of Central Park
Really puts our petty arguments and disagreements into perspective. I'm glad to see that from Perpignan to Hull to South Wales, that we can all pull together and be not rivals, not enemies but family.
I hope the RFL, Wakefield and Celtic replay the match where all Wakefield fans can travel down and pay respect to the life of a truly dedicated individual.
