Your right Leeds can only achieve it in the season 2012, Saints currently have achieved 18 trophy's against Leeds 6.
So Leeds would have to win everthing going for 2009-2010-2011 to equal that achievement, 2012 to surpass it. Bradford are the closest to Saints at the moment.
