i'm begning to think tommy lee must have had the greatest game ever seen last night because no one blammed him for anything!

It was a bad team performance and at a guess would say every player made some type of error in the game, just wish we had shown more composure in the last set of 6

I like Yeaman, but he frustrates me sometimes, was sat right in front of him when he went for glory,a pass to Briscoe,he would have been in. Havn`t we seen this in the past with Yeamo?
but hey ho,win some,lose some.

They looked like last season had 'sneaked in' again........If they had been given the chance to play though (there was a lot of laying on and that is a fact) I dont think Cas would've had a look in. The way we have played the first 5 games has obviously gone to the lad's heads a bit. Rich Agar needs to kick ass this week!

The response vs Harlequins with an 8 day turnaround will be really important for the season IMO.

Yeamo has played well this season and like others have mentioned he shouldn't be singled out after last nights display.
You are always going to get dropped balls, knock ons etc and the whole team seemed to choose last night to do them!
.....but it was just galling to see a player of his experience make an error like that.

A couple of tries next week and a bit of badge thumping will see him right :D

KNOCK OFF NIGEL wrote:His missed pass lost us the game its as simple as that. He passes the ball Briscoe has a walk in we win. His runs from acting half are shocking as i've mentioned before and waste tackles time and time again.

He should lose his place as far as im concerned and have to win it back.
didnt danny tickle also loose it by missing kicks or horne by missing the drop goal etc.. you cant blame one player for an error when the game was full of them

In my opinion, a good centre needs to have the confidence to back himself.

A lot of Yeaman's tries / line breaks come about because he backs himself.

Alright last night, he did and it didn't come off. Remeber, he gets a split second to make this decision and the we get all week to slag him off.

Give him a break.

Agree, Horne backed himself twice in similar situations and it came off, after first minute 6 up we were awful, the play between Yeamo and Briscoe from Cas ko seemed to set the tone of complacency all night, a move i've never seen us try before, and just gave Cas a lift. IMO.

And a centre of Yeaman's experience should have known that the Cas winger had come in to tackle him leaving Briscoe with an easy try.
Something that didn't happen for any of G Horne's tries as Calderwood always had the winger in front of him.

Exactly, suprised it's taken 3 pages before anyone's realised Horne did exactly the same TWICE, luckily for him he got there and it's a non issue. It happens, you have a split second to decide,he made the wrong decision, nrext time he'll probably pass when he should go himself and we'll all be asking why he didn't back himself.
