I'm confused. How does the new sky tv deal work? How can they be showing all seven MM games live?

They aren't AFAIK. They're showing the last 2 each day, and the other games are shown as 1 hour highlights straight after.

Is that right?

that was the origanal plan, now all games are being shown live on sky, though hull fc v castleford is live via the red button, as some plodders playing union are on at the same time :roll:

Yeh theyre all live, though if you have Virgin you wont be able to see the red button game.

It's a new tv contract this year in which presumably they've agreed to show all Magic matches live.

When the last contract was agreed the magic concept didn't even exsist. Sky showed 4 matches because they showed two for that particular round and two more from the Round 28 that they lost because the league cut down to 27 matches (if that makes sense). They must have agreed to show them all in the new contract then.

So to reiterate previous comments all Murrayfield Magic matches are Live on Sky although I have had it confirmed by sky that Hull v Castleford is a Red Button option only (which is only available to Sky Customers).
