Please show me where I disputed this? I was saying Id rather watch a great team week in week out and would like to see Leeds improve, which for the last 2 years they havent in league places and probably wont this year.

Well said. RL isn't like football, teams don't dominate for years it changes in and out. Partly due to gameplans being worked out and undone, partly to signings, just the way the cookie crumbles.

Jesus H, How did you come to so many conclusions from me saying I would like to see Leeds progress? I would like to see them do better in the league.. Its an opinion you can spurt poop out all night you wont change my mind! Id be like any of you if we won the grand final, but wouldnt it be nice to finish top and win the GF? Then there would be no disputes...
No wonder I just normally browse and not post, seems easier that way

It was nice in 2004 but the last 2 yrs have been sweeter because when we've won it from 2nd it's not fair because we were only the best team on the night!! Hurrah for only being good for 1 match and still being champs!!!

We won more than one game last year. We worked hard to finish in the top 2 which gives a significant advantage in the playoff system that we have at the moment. Only one team has won a GF from outside the top 2.
You are talking rubbish. If we hadn't won the GF in 2004 after finnishing top of the table by a record number of points and scring record tries and points, the season would have been a colosall disapointment.
I really don't care (and neither will any of the players) what YOU think is the is the criteria for being the champions.
