Just wanted to say what a great night the club put on for the spectators and the viewing public last night. From the fire-eaters, to the young lass singing, to the cheerleaders and mascot. Everything worked last night, there was a buzz about the Shay for the first time since the Melbourne game and I'm sure a lot of people who gave it another try last night, or who saw the game on TV will no doubt give it another go.

Just need some stewards at the back of the South Stand to control those stupid kids now. Not a good family atmosphere when you have 50 or so kids shouting "if you really f***ing hate em'" then to be heard on SKY is embarrasing, the sooner this is eradicated the better.

Generic "Dont like the swearing thread" #2453

As for the atmosphere and the activities on the field before and at half time, they were good,

Glad we won as well, been a few occaisions we've got a good crowd in then gone on to lose. which puts people off coming back for a while

was stood right with the "real Barmy Army" and was nice to hear them refuse to join in with the sad few at the very back that tried to start the swearing chant.

Nice tunes from the real BA lads last night, hope the crowd learn the words and join them to increase the volume.

Good support on the whole and it was a really good atmosphere in amongst the South Stand crowd.

Glad we kept their drummer fairly quiet over the 80 minutes.

IF YOU WANT TO WIN IT YOU'VE GOT TO EARN IT.

DESIRE AND PASSION FOR 80 MINUTES.

COME ON FAX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yep really enjoyed the atmosphere and the pre match entertainment good for that to happen on sky and hopefully we can do the same kind of thing again cause no doubt sky will be back down for the northers rail quarter final as its the best tie.

Yeh great night, great atmosphere but like whats been said a shame about the swearing from the lads behind us 1 of our lot reported it to a steward at half time but as usual nothing was done what are they paid for? But lets not let that ruin what was other wise a very good night with a great atmosphere. Well Done to you all  and well done to the club  lets keep it up.
