He did this the other year too "some players ought to take a long look in the mirror". WTF!!!
Earth calling Ben. Come in Ben . . . . . . .
FWIW, Jeffries has more tries assists (and in less games) than any other player in SL, with the exception of Danny Orr (10 ) and Tony Martin, who he is level with.

Some other interesting stats in there. A few where none of our players even figures won't surprise anyone (although missed tackles might), but one or two stuck out for me from a QUICK review and with a bit of QUICK mental arithmetic:
On an average per game basis, only Briers made more attacking kicks than Deacon. (Does not say how effective the kicks were, of course...)
On an average per game basis, Morro has the third highest number of tackles in the competition (yet some are "disappointed" with him this year...)
On an average per game basis, Beaver has one of the highest error counts in the competition. And is the highest offloader in the competition...
We have no-one in the top 25 for missed tackles or penalties conceded (albeit from fewer games).
Make of those what you will...

Exactly, just goes to show that stats dont tell the whole story.
another pointless fact;
In the 2009 season so far Leeds have made 3 40/20 kicks. M. Alker has made 3 40/20 kicks. Whereas, in the enitre 2008 season the Bulls managed a grand total of 2 40/20's (one of which was kicked by Hape )
