I am still not 100% sure whether or not any contact was made with the head area of the Cas player though. Plus it was not for no reason. Bentham and his TJ's saw enough in the challenge for it to warrant a penalty. But if he was wrong then fair enough. Diskin should just get up, accept it and get on with what he is payed for... i.e. not trying to decapitate his opposition

It was an incorrect call, plain and simple. If possible do me and yourself a favour and review the Diskin tackle on Michael Wainwright before replying on it's legallity.
