In terms of speed
and strength, no winger comes close to Peter, in my opinion.

Just because Penny is fast
Edit and faster than Fox, doesn't mean he is a clown just because Fox isn't faster then him!

. He's a clown because he's one of the most incompetent proffesional Rugby League players of the last 10 years. His core skills are diabolical. Calling him a clown is a bit harsh on clowns actually because at least they don't drop the ball when juggling it!
