Not the greatest effort from Donald despite that. When you think he was switched to the right to shore up the defense on that side it makes you wonder.
It does, when you consider he didn't make a tackle in that game. IMO wingers are very much confidence players, it's easy to go missing, so when you are involved in the action, you have to make it count. A few try's will get him back there. Defensive wise he's usually superb. Just think back to the previous week when he made a try saving tackle on Paul Johnson. Quality effort.

Though, why would they want Kylie unless they're preparing to offload Palaesina or another prop? Fielden perhaps or more likely to be a homegrown youngster (O'Carroll?) Alternatively it could just be agent's talk as part of the negotiating process.
Andy Coley will leave Wigan at the end of the season and is rumoured to be on decent money. He's been pretty poor for us since he signed and to replace him with a player of Leuluai's class would be excellent.

Not a chance of it happening mind.
What about the youngsters coming through your all conquering reserve side, no decent prop prospects there then?

Theres plenty of young props around at Wigan with one in Eamon O'Carroll playing on a regular basis and another in Prescott likely to join him in the side this weekend. After that theres a lad called Ben Davies who's an England acadamy international and very higly rated but we still need to sign an experienced head to replace Coley.
That would leave us with 3 experienced props and 1 spot open for a youngster each week.

Adrian Morley, Ryan Bailey, Luke Burgess, Nick Scruton, Danny Ward, Gareth Carvell, Nick Fozzard Paul Anderson, Ewan Dowes.....
There's 5 GB internationals in there.
When was the last time Wigan produced a GB International prop?
If you're going to start a pissing contest have a full bladder sunshine.

Morley from Salford gone, Luke Burgess over rated but still at Leeds, Scruton gone,Ward gone, Fozzard gone, Anderson gone, Dowes gone.
If they were all so good, why did you have to sign Peacock and Leuluai
Keep hold of your young stars. o.k.
I forgot Ryan Bailey and the 22 page thread on how to get rid of him and how two young Wigan props handed you your @rses in the reserves on Friday night.
