They may well have to, lets face it the odds are against him getting his visa approved, i`m looking at the whole situation with the expectation that Crocker will be refused and if he happens to get his visa it is a bonus, one things for sure it needs to resolved one way or the other as soon as is possible so that everybody involved can move on.
