so do you think kooga do orders off 1 shirt ? they will have to run off say 100 to get them at a price anywhere near to what they normally pay kooga are you seriouly suggesting that ted buys another 100 plus shirts to accommodate the couple who unfortunately miss out?
i really do symphasize when someone can not buy what they want but it would be stupid to get more in now , lets bask in the glory that you can go up town and buy one because they are so popular the official outlet as sold out.
lets be honest if the shop was overflowing with unsold shirts then the same old posters would be cursing that move.
i know the club still have a lot to learn but for WIW IMHO i find it hard to find fault the shirts arrived 3months ago

Just think we should have some shirts, it's only early on in the season and not everyone can afford to get a top and season ticket at the same time. So some people will miss out on the top they want.
As I have said it is great that the club have sold out but I don't think any club shop should say "not getting any more in"

but they are not getting anymore so why say anything else.
unfortunately NGFC as missed out , unlucky yes clubs fault no .
the club need to speculate to accumulate but if they get it wrong it can have an adverse effect greater than a lot of people are really considering going into the red because of gambles that don't pan out is not very wise at the start of a mass recession . Just ask HBOS .

That's the point, it's poor the club will not be getting any more in.
Say we get play offs this season and another good run in cup, shirts will be in high demand like last season and I don't think fans will be happy when they say sorry no medium.
I know a few who are saving up for tops so let's hope they are not medium

i dont think your catching the point if we 'LOSE' money because we dont sell the shirts then that means the money we have already made is lost . The club took a bettering with the surplus shirts they had left because unfortunately Kooga dont do sale or return . Its been fairly judged by the club and if they are guilty of anything then its ordering too many XL instead off medium but its trail and error Adam. this is not monopoly money the club is dealing with its our lifeline and i would rather the club be prudent .lets do the maths say if the club put a 100% mark up on cost then it would still cost the club at least £2500 to buy 100 shirts (thats if we are lucky enough to get KooGa to run them off again at the same price)
wakey need to sell 50 to break even , of course things are never that simple and TBF i would be very surprised if KooGa would run 100 shirts off on the cheap as they are normally busy and orders need a few weeks befor they are completed this means the shirts would probably be with us in say 6 weeks if we lose the next 8 will the shirts sell?

I know its hard to swallow but its for the best
For the tops they sell, I would guess they will make double what they paid? Who knows? But the main thing is that they learn for the future, I would hope this does not happen again.
And FWIW many businesses would rather have a few too many rather that not enough, and I know there is this credit crunch etc but I don’t think it would effect the club too much not been able to shift a few shirts.

Mind you just had a brain wave
Maybe it could prove to be a good thing With other items in stock like polo tops, jumpers and hoodies maybe they will be able to push them more and sell some more of them to boost profits
I was hoping to get some info (not about whats going on inside the club or anything) and stats off the club, but they will not give me any
In process of thinking of new ideas, now I can not do the ones I wanted to do
