Peter Fox's contract is up after this season (according to HKR board), should we go for him, he does look a decent prospect from what i've seen.

British Trained? England International? On form?

I reckon he might be quite sort after, you know, and I personally don't know how sensible it is spending a lot of money on wingers given salary cap restrictions (does that sound daft?).

We've lost something like 15 senior players in 3 years and signed 3. We must have cap room available this season, never mind next year when we presumably won't have KC, Gidley, Cayless, Smelly, Gilly and no doubt several more senior players.

But lets not worry, as I'm sure we'll sign at least 1 player for next season.

I'd definitely go for him. There will undoubtedly be some inerest in him, but he isn't quite a fully fledged international yet so wouldn't necessarily command an astronomical figure.

It's about time we had a quick winger anyway.

Whilst you make a valid point, my suggstion is that we are restricted by the cap, so if players are demanding higher wages, I would rather them be centres, half backs, hookers and props than wingers - sorry wingers.

Good player and if we can get him for the same as or less than Meli than I would love him at Saints
