1. Credit Crunch money is tight. 2. 7pm kick off on a Sunday night 3. Estimated 500 mile round trip 4. Match on Sky 5. Cost of match ticket, petrol food etc probably cost Sky subscription for a month.
Because of the above I will not be going I take my hat off to anyone who is YOU ARE A REAL TRUE FAN.
I assume you mean Celtic? If you mean Trinity then you are clearly insane or a rampant freeloader.

This has sweet FA to due with us,we were amenable to swap the fixture but they weren't interested. The only club that will loose out is Celtic by way of money through the gate from away supporters. I know it will be hard on the players with only a few fans backing them. However Quins and Les cats play away everyweek infront of no supporters so our boys will just have to put up with this as a 'one off'.

What about fans that go to EVERY game apart from this one? What do they get?
can't go straight to london cos i will have my 9 year old with me. he is playing footy 11:15 kick off on sunday morning and we will be driving down straight after that, hopefully returning about 00:30 (no plod permitting )
i don't expect anything free, it's my choice to go (or is that my son's ? he's having to do MAJOR sucking up to his mum though

I am rampant !!! just thought it be an idea for the club to show their appreciation of people spending thier hard earned money to support the team for the reasons i previously mentioned...just a thought.
Clubs albeit mainly in football have paid in the past for coaches to take their fans as away of thanks....again just a thought.
But at the end of the day its a ridiculous day and time for a kick off.
Well speaking for myself I am making the trip because I want to support my team (I have not missed any 1st team game since September 1999 and do not intend to start now )
I don't need any sort of reward from the Club for doing something that I want to do. However I wouldn't say no to a reward from the players in the shape of 2 more points
