Fairly standard stuff for this time of year having roughly a third of your first team squad coming off contract. As long as the key positions are wrapped up there's no reason to start a panic just yet.

Apart from money, why would any ambitious player want to take a step backwards and leave Leeds?

Don't they realise how much medals and Grand Final merchandise sell for on Ebay?

The season starts in October. Until then, don't panic!

Aye. Was more impressed with Owen. Would be a perfect replacement for Smith (if he leaves) and the kid has pace as well so maybe an improvement ;-)

I really liked the kid when he incurred the wrath of little big man (Ganson) on the half time whistle.

Good shout G1, he's also got that little big of confidence/arrogance that's good to see in a young player.

And he can play full-back too, which according to some on here would be a real weakness if Smith leaves. :wink:
