getdownmonkeyman wrote:That was the crux of the question. Which club were you referring to. Until then it isn't possible to answer the second part.

I didn't refer to any specific club, I've already told you, the only inference is, not Liverpool.

Did I call a Man U player a rapist? That is what I was accused of.

It's easy, read exactly what I said, not what you think I said, wanted me to say or what you interpret it to say and answer the question, if you won't then it's obvious you're just sticking up for your manc buddy, which I suspect all along and don't want to say he was wrong.

Your loyalty is admirable and sweet.

Anyway..........

So Utd were god damn awful, aorst I have seen them in a long while, fairplay to the Scousers though they wanted it more.

Lets face it Utd are where they are this season without hardly ever playing near their best imo, we have stuttered through lots of games and have not looked as good as last season imo. Still maybe this result will act as a wake up call and get the blood flowing again for the final push to the season, we need to start playing better, performances like the one's against Newcastle, Inter and Liverpool won't get us through.

I still think we will take out the title although we have some tough games coming, especially home ones but in Europe we need to improve.

id go with that.
united have been average at times in both the league and europe. in the thrashing at OT they never got out of first gear but i think the points already in the bag will see them through to another title.
and surprise surprise it looks like aresnal will pip villa for that last champions league spot :SLEEPY:

Liverpool players kiss camera's United players kiss trophies and i'm sure that won't change come the end of the season

He was shot in both arms , and both legs. He later died because of his injuries. Tommy 25th March 2007.

Salford City Reds are the National League Champions again and nobody will ever win a Grand Final more dramatically than this. Division One champions, Grand Final winners, winners of the Northern Rail Cup; everything their hearts desired. Down and out? Not a bit of it, they are never out. Memories are made of this forever and a day, Salford fans will ask "where did you watch the 2008 Grand Final? Where did you see John Wilshere save the day with the last kick of the ball?"

We have not had a great patch either, we have just been okay and efficient.

I think, and hope, that the result will be more of a kick up the ar$e rather than the start of a bad patch.

Saying that, VDS' bad patch has now gone on for a few games, which is a worry.

Our game versus Fulham at the weekend will be a big test, I'm confident of a big win, but it all depends on how the players react.

I'm sure I read somewhere on Friday that United have lost a considerable number of points on the weekend after a Wednesday night Champions League game, that is a worry, especially coming up to the important stage of the season.
