To be honest I don't know the full story but you seem to have one hell of a Chinese whisper there. The community trust is obvious, Rodney Walker is already framed, Yorkshire forward is possible, Sports England I don't know but it's possible, Ossett I doubt but I don't know and the local brewer - is there one.
What you have strung together there is a list of names, organisations and venues that have been named numerous times before. Any hack journo could have come up with that and these forums are full of those.
You have missed two very big names out of your list who I know will be involved if it takes off. If you can name them I'll give your source a bit more credibility.
