Didn't think he did too badly overall. A sin binning or two would indeed have sorted out the holding down but as someone has said he kept penalising them which was great for us.
Still think there's one or two refs in the NL who should have been given a go in SL before young Mr Child though.

We were terrible and indisciplined. And I can't understand why Walters stands behind the posts. (Can't see the game flowing). On the refs input, I think it would be good to give him a chance.? Watched two Toulouse games last week, Leahy at Sheffiled -v- Toulouse didn't have a clue, and Gareth hewer at the Widnes -v- Toulouse had a good game although he didn't have a lot to do, apart from fill his book with tries and goals against Olympique. They have to make the step up sometime eh?

I m a referee myself and i personally thought he did ok
when you make mistakes you pick up on them and hopefully the bext game u ref will be more succesfull
