I know Wakefield did an offer for the Catalan game in order to boost attandance, and personally i do not think just under 5k was too bad to say that Catalans bring hardly any, but are the admision prices too high?
I am no maths genius and i know you have to take into account concessions/juniors and OAP, but the principle will still apply.
Surely it would be better if the prices were say £15 and we got 10k=£150,000 than charging £17 and getting 6k=£102,000????
The atmosphere and support for the team would be better too.

I agree the prices are too high, I know a few who don't got every week due to the price it costs.
But the atmosphere IMO has improved quite a bit this season. Mainly in the "kop" end though

There well may be games in which the club could try deducing the Admission against certain teams
But to be fair the club can't win can there, The club need every bit of revenue coming into the club as much as possible to help pay for ie Players wage's/ all Staff /Food / electric bills etc

I appreciate that and we all want the club to do well, but if we could reduce the price MAYBE more people would attend in the short term pushing revenue up immediatly as we have more through the turnstyle and increased support. Then when they are hooked increase prices again next year!

The great sporting public of Wakefield will always find an excuse why they
don't attend games. If we reduce the price there will be some other lame excuse why they don't go to games, we all know these type of people.
Leeds and HKR both charge more than us and they seem to be going in the right direction crowd wise.
