How anyone can say the NRL is boring I don't know, I reeeeally don't know what they're watching.
I watched the Brisbane game followed by the Leeds game and it wasn't in the same galaxy. Eddie and Stevo creaming over one Leeds try where all they did was put it through the hands, not exactly genious half back play.
I also watched the Manly game followed by the Cas game but tbf the Manly game was spoilt by the weather and the Cas game was a cracking little game even if it weren't the highest standard i've ever seen.

For me it's the little bits of skill in the NRL needed to break a game open. They're far more rewarding to see than a 40-34 game or whatever.
