The nasty comments were not about the ground though. We don't need others to tell us what we already know about the ground (and the fact that its upkeep is killing the club), we just need our local council to find it owns a telecoms company it can sell! Although in fairness we might, just might, get something (not on anything like your scale) out of the proceeds of the sale of the airport.
It was all the other belittling stuff and the general tone that was uncalled for.

But, having skimmed through some of the nastiness and bile on here, well sod it. No need for half the crap I've just read.
Dont take all that you have read previously on here to serious - It cost me and my old man £10 each to get in to your old Stadium - had a couple of beers wachted our beloved team win, hung around and watched the under 21s for half an hour and made our way home - had a great day. We are old school and remember when Odsol was a dump - no proper terracing etc - We have a great Stadium now - I think your council has missed the boayt

I wasn't there today as finances didn't allow, however I've always loved Odsal. From my earliest memories in the early 90's where as a short booty I knew that wherever we stood I'd be able to see, to the 2005 game after the CC Final where I met my partner and the 71-0 drubbing where I fell in love with him in the pork and stuffing queue!!!
Yup, Odsal holds some pretty special memories for me.

The north stand at the KC is £20 and for that everyone gets a seat and a roof. The concrete is pretty new too
Well I prefer standing at Rugby personally so the extra £3 in isn't money well spent for me! May I suggest that the Rugby on the green stuff is more interesting than the grey stuff for future visits though..

There are several worse grounds than Odsal. But none with more annoying pre-match "entertainment". And at half time, 3 mini league games at once plus 2 sets of cheerleaders. Why?

If I didn't have to use the Hubble telescope to see the rugby on the green stuff at Odsal, I'd agree
