If asking do others players knock on an argument for Hock you're lost.

It is not just Wigan fans. The neutrals, pundits, journalists and other fans recognise Hock as one of the best second row forwards in super league and one of the best in the British game.

Are they all wrong too?

i like hock, how many times does he offload in a tackle and the player nearest him is looking the other way? he run's it in hard, can step, make's brake's and is good in defence generally. i do think he is better off the bench though

Why has this become all about Hock?

Wilkin and Fitzgibbon far superior to Hock.

Hock's ability and continual attemps to offload mean that he constantly draws 4-5 tacklers making gaps for those he offloads to. On friday he was playing a high risk game, but then how would Wigan have pulled back the score without doing so? Against Bradford there were not many mistakes.

Didn't Hanley play in a dominant team, like Saints of a couple of years ago who could throw the ball about and make mistakes but still win? Hock playing in a beaten team trying everything he could to pull back some points.
