You can't pick a full side of players over 21 you can only select 8.

They did as did goulding and smith controlled things!!
You were just too big,too quick and too strong for our lads but 90% of them are 18 or under so they'll learn and hopefully come back bigger and better.

Yeah I know that now. However its not likely that any side would ever be able to have so many over 21 reserves.

Caught the last 5 minutes of first half and all the second. Mathers played pretty well, didn't notice Goulding, Smith was ok but nothing extraordinary. Prescott played well, Marsh seemed pretty quick.

Notice Luke Ambler named at 8, how did he go?

He's a good prospect imo but the wigan pack were just too big for us so he didn't really get chance to show his talent in this match which in all honesty none of the leeds lads did it was one of those games!

Saw the last 20 mins and agree that the Leeds lads looked a lot smaller and younger than the Wigan team.
Wigan did benefit it seems from having Mathers, Smith & Prescott in the squad. When Prescott scored he looked massive towards the rest.
Looks like Wigan are treating it as a reserve side and Leeds maybe as an U21 team.
