From what I've seen of Warrington he has recieved little to no service out wide so I'm not sure what you expect him to do. When I first saw Monaghan I was impressed, I thought he looked a decent signing for you lot but maybe he just cant form a partnership with briers??
Maybe it's him that is the real culprit in all of this?

There did appear to be some heated arguments going on between some Wire fans, but I didn't see any actual violence. A few fans had to be asked to calm down by the stewards, but there didn't appear to be anything too out of hand.

Why do we insist on scrapping with each other when we lose.
I thought we'd left that behind at Wilderspool, or the JJB/McAlpine, in 2002?

So please get off your high horses about him showing the finger. The behaviour of a fair number of individuals on this forum and at the ground is far worse than Matt Kings actions.
I wish that a couple of seasons ago Mike Wainwright had given the fans the old two fingered salute after the constant criticism he took or Jon Clarke had after the abuse directed his way.
How supporters expect players to perform to the best of their ability whilst being subjected to the barrage of criticism they constantly receive from Warrington fans is beyond me. So lets continue in this vein shall we ... lets boo King onto the pitch next week because thats sure to make him perform better. Lets abuse Monaghan during the game because its really going to improve his performance isnt it.
And lets all boo the team if they concede the first try of the match next week as seems to now be the norm.
So, fair play to you Ma tt King - I'd love to stick 2 fingers up to a number of Warrington fans as well.
i take it you never went
But us that went,
us that paid more or less £100 (travel, tickets, spending money etc)
us that watched a team that didnt look interested in playing just have to show our fustrations by shouting to the player your not fit to wear the shirt
King is a disgrace get him sacked cant play rugby
shows no respect
